Describe the deliverable, attach the right sources and specify who should review it. The goal is a useful first draft quickly, with evidence and unresolved questions visible. Turnaround depends on task size, source quality, tools and review. Minutes is a performance target to measure in the pilot.

The intended shared data room connects drawings, budgets, contracts, planning correspondence, supplier quotes and delivery records to their project and revision.

Each authorized department should retrieve the material it needs from the same controlled source. A revised drawing can inform cost review, procurement and finance together. Confidential HR, charity and commercial records remain restricted by role and entity.

The commercial vision is around-the-clock access through a mobile phone or PC: review project documents, ask for a briefing, inspect open tasks and respond to decision requests wherever you have an internet connection.

The current presentation and scripted demo support phone and desktop layouts. Secure remote access to live records and unattended agent execution require production deployment. Service availability and response commitments belong in the software agreement.
